In the early 80's John and I became weekend swap meet warriors looking for unusual treasures. It was so much fun anticipating what we would find each weekend. John enjoyed refurbishing old items and bringing life back into them. He couldn't wait to come home from his day job to start working on our great finds. He was totally consumed with his new hobby. After a few years we decided to quit our jobs and open an antique store. Just For Fun opened its door in 1985 in Whittier, California.

The business grew rapidly. We restored gas pumps, coke, popcorn, candy and gumball machines. Collectibles that represented fun or were a throw back to a simpler time became our trademark and thus our name, Just For Fun.

 Today, we are located in Orange, California, known as the hub of antiques in Southern California. We have a world wide reputation for high quality restorations. Collectors from around the world bring their "Things of Value" to John, to bring life back into their prized possessions. We care about authenticity and we take pride in what we do. Thanks to all our customers and friends for over 20 great years in business.
