This oil house is called the "IMPERIAL CAR BAR because it is a four compartment oil dispenser.  It was found in Northern California. The Gentleman that owned it was very hesitant to sale it because it is so "RARE."  It was  in good shape for being outside since it was new.  The only thing that had to be replaced on it was the top.  This is the "RAREST" oil house that I have ever seen.   $16,495.00
